How to Make Zinc Die Casting Soft Enamel Lapel Pins?

Step 1 - Stamping a die on a polished, high-quality flat metal plate to create a mold.

Step 2 - The metal surface is then polished until it is smooth and shiny.

Step 3 - These raised metal area surfaces are highly polished to a luster finish, while recessed metal areas are filled with enamel color.

Step 4 - Kiln-fired at 450 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes to dry your enamel pins and coloring.
